Education at Duluth Edison Charter Schools is designed to meet the unique needs of the whole child while guiding them to develop their best self. Melissa Peterson
Curriculum Director and District Assessment Coordinator
Melissa graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She also holds a Master Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Massachusetts. Melissa is passionate about building classrooms and communities where students take an active role in their educational journeys and cultivating the innate curiosity in all students.
